As a member of Power Credit Union, you are an owner of YOUR credit union. At our annual meeting, we provide a review of the credit union's 2024 performance and share with attendees the 2025 initiatives. We value your feedback and encourage you to join us.

Time:
Doors open at 9:30 AM. Meeting will begin at 10:00 AM.
Tickets will be available beginning March 1, 2025 at all Power Credit Union locations or you call us at 719-564-0710 to reserve your seat.
Free for members. $10 for guests/non-members.
ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE
Each year the Board of Directors appoints a nominating committee to nominate members to serve on the Board. One (1) board seat is open for a 3 year term. If you are a member of Power Credit Union and are interested in serving on our Board, please contact us for an application. Applications are due by end of day, March 12, 2025. There will be no nominations from the floor at the Annual Meeting.
If applications are received by the March 12, 2025, due date, and there are more nominees than positions to be filled, the names and biographical information for all nominees will be posted on Power Credit Union's website. In such an event, voting will be made available. Votes will be tallied and the results will be presented at the Annual Meeting.
If no nominations are received, the presiding officer at the Annual Meeting shall request a vote by acclamation for the one (1) incumbent director.
